Welcome to Auckland OA Intergroup (the "Group"). By attending meetings or accessing any other services offered by the Group, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Group's services.

1. Purpose
The Group's services are intended for individuals who seek recovery from addiction or compulsive behavior. You agree to use the Group's services in a manner consistent with the principles of the 12-step program, as outlined in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous.

2. Confidentiality
The Group values your privacy and will maintain the confidentiality of all attendees and their shares. You agree not to disclose any personal information or shares of others outside of the Group.
3. Respect
The Group fosters an atmosphere of mutual respect and support. You agree to refrain from engaging in any behavior that may be harmful or disruptive to others, such as using offensive language, interrupting others, or making personal attacks.

The Group does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic. You agree to respect the diversity of the Group's attendees and refrain from engaging in any discriminatory behavior.

5. Non-Professional
The Group's services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. You agree to seek professional help as needed and not rely solely on the Group's services for your recovery.

6. Non-Affiliation
The Group is not affiliated with any outside organization or institution. You agree not to use the Group's services for any commercial or political purposes, or to promote any outside organization or institution.

7. Non-Endorsement
The Group does not endorse any specific treatment or recovery program. You agree to respect the diversity of the Group's attendees and refrain from promoting any specific program or treatment.

8. No Guarantee
The Group does not guarantee any particular outcome or level of recovery from attending its services. You acknowledge that recovery is a personal process and that the Group's services are only one part of your overall recovery.

9. Changes to these Terms
The Group may update these Terms from time to time without notice. Your continued participation in the Group's services after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
